HOW TO REACH PoliCom
PoliCom is located near the underground station Piola, along the underground line 2 (green). In the nearby are the tramway stops of lines n. 11 and 23, bus line 61 and the railways station of Milano Lambrate.
Malpensa Airport --> PoliCom
Malpensa Airport - Terminal 1 - is linked to the center of Milan through a direct train (Malpensa Express Railway ) which leads to Milano Cadorna Railway Station. To reach PoliCom from Cadorna Station, take the line 2 (green) of the underground in the Gobba/Gessate/Cologno direction and drop off at Piola station, then follow the indication on the map. Estimated required time is about 1h10. The overall cost of is about 12 Euro.
A regular bus service connects every 20 minutes Malpensa Airport to the Centrale Railways Station. To reach PoliCom from Centrale Station, take the line 2 (green) of the underground in the Gobba/Gessate/Cologno direction and drop off at Piola station, then follow the indication on the map. Estimated required time is about 1h10. The overall cost is about 6 Euro.
Taking a taxi directly from the Malpensa Airport costs about 85 Euro. Estimated required time is about 1h.
Linate Airport --> PoliCom
Linate Airport is linked to the center of Milan through the bus line n.73 of the municipal transport system ATM: the bus drop you at the San Babila underground station, line 1 (red). From San Babila, take the red line in direction of Sesto FS, up to the Loreto station, and there take the line 2 (green), direction Gobba/Gessate/Cologno, and drop off at Piola station, then follow the indication on the map. Estimated required time is about 45 mins. The overall cost is 1 Euro.
Taking a taxi directly from the Linate Airport costs about 15 Euro. Estimated required time is about 20 mins.
Orio al Serio Airport --> PoliCom
Orio al Serio Airport is connected to Milan Centrale Railways Station through a bus service. Check the timetable. Duration of the travel is about 1 hour. From Milan Centrale to PoliCom, follow the section below. An alternative route, which may be convenient during peak traffic hours, is to drop off the bus at Cascina Gobba underground station and take the green line towards Famagosta, drop off at Piola and then follow the indication on the map. The overall cost is about 7.70 Euro.
Centrale Railway Station --> PoliCom
Take the line 2 (green) of the underground in the Gobba/Gessate/Cologno direction ad drop off at Piola station, then follow the indication on the map. Estimated required time is about 15 mins.
Lambrate Railway Station --> PoliCom
Lambrate railways station is within a walking distance from PoliCom: just take via Pacini (in front of the station), turn left in via Ponzio, then right in via Bonardi, cross Leonardo da Vinci square and take via G.Colombo. Walking time: 15 mins.
If you prefer, you can take tramway n.23 in front of the station, and drop off in Leonardo da Vinci square: PoliCom is just 50 meters forwards.
"Passante" underground S line --> PoliCom
Many suburban train lines (S lines) travel along the "passante ferroviario": the most convenient stop to reach PoliCom is Porta Venezia. From there, you can take the tramway line n.33 to reach Leonardo da Vinci square and via G.Colombo.
